Closing your Crypto account is a simple step-by-step process that can be done by directly emailing to their official email address, without having to reach out to Crypto platform support or the Help Center.

  1. Open your Email account, and paste their official email address - contact@crypto.com with the subject line - “Close Account”
  1. Under the email content, you have to take a picture of yourself and hold a piece of paper containing the following information.
    Today’s Date - Mention the date when you clicked this picture and are sending this email.
    Your Full Name - Write your full name on the paper
    End with 'Crypto.com' - At the end of the paper, write ‘Crypto.com
  1. Send the email, and you will receive official communication from them in 48 hours. The account closure confirmation will be in the email if all the shared details are correct.
