How to close or delete your Bittrex Account

Closing your Bittrex account is a simple step-by-step process that can be done directly on the Bittrex website.

  1. Open your Bittrex Account, and go to the following support link to raise a ticket on https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  1. Under the ticket section, select the following fields.
  1. Once done, enter the subject line - “Close Account.”

Under the email content, you will need to copy the following email body

“Hi Team, I would like to close my Bittrex account as I no longer use my following account. I have attached the necessary documentation under the ticket. Thank you”

Under the attachments, you must take a picture of yourself and hold a piece of paper containing
Today’s Date - Write the date on paper
Your full name - Write your full name on paper

  1. Once you submit your request, you will receive official communication from them in 48 hours. If all the shared details are correct, the account closure confirmation will be in the email.
